First Step
In this step you open your whatspp and then go to setting. After that select the account option.

After selecting the account option, you have to select the second option two step verification.
Third Step
Turn on two step verification, which will require a PIN when registering your phone number with Whatspp again. Then create a 6 digit PIN for extra security. Use the PIN to access your account.
Meta has updated some things in WhatsApp this year. However, let's focus on the cream of the crop – not the regular updates that come to WhatsApp beta. Features like chat lock, edit button, HD photos, screen sharing and more are now available to everyone, making this app even more useful in many ways.
Here are some more updates that WhatsApp launch in 2023.
1. Chat Lock
In this feature you can lock your super personal chats. To enable it people just have to go to the profile section of the chat and tap on the chat lock feature. You'll need to follow this step for every chat, and all locked chats will be added to a folder that will appear at the top of the screen.
2. HD Photo qualities
WhatsApp recently added the option to send high quality photos to contacts. The HD quality option appears only when you try to send a larger quality file from WhatsApp. Keep in mind that WhatsApp does not send photos in their original quality and it still compresses the image slightly. This may be frustrating for users, but you are at least able to send better quality photos to individuals and groups.
3. Hide online presence
In this feature user can hide their online presence on the app. In simple words, no one will be able to know whether you are using the messaging app or not because enabling this option will hide the “Online” tag from your account.
4. Silence unknown calls
In this whatspp feature anyone can call you on whatspp who has your number. But you can block any known phone numbers or choose to silence calls from unknown callers by changing your privacy settings. Silencing calls from unknown callers means you can focus on conversations that matter to you while maintaining your privacy and blocking unwanted contact.
5. WhatsApp on multiple phones
In this whatspp has given us ability to use our same whatspp accout on multiple device. So, this feature basically works the same way as you use WhatsApp Web. All you need to do is – let's say you want to run WhatsApp on a different phone. Simply, download WhatsApp on the new device, and when you get to the screen that says enter your phone number, simply tap the three dots at the top-right and select Link to existing account. After that, scan the QR code from your first phone and now you can run the same whatsApp account on two smartphones. And you can do it on 4 different devices simultaneously, which is pretty cool and useful.
6. Edit messages
You can now edit sent WhatsApp messages to correct any mistakes or edit your message as originally intended. To do this, tap and hold the message you want to edit. Now select the 'Edit' option from the three-dot menu on the top right. Make changes to the text and click on the 'Tick' option to finalize the changes. Note, you can only edit text within the first 15 minutes, and there will be an edited tag below the edited message.
7. Screen sharing
WhatsApp has announced the addition of a new feature. It now allows users to share their phone screen during video calls. With this update, WhatsApp is making it easier for users to collaborate on documents, display presentations, and more. Moreover, one will now be able to provide technical support to their family and friends easily. For example, if your parent needs to update something in their phone's settings, you can help them do so using WhatsApp's video call screen-sharing feature.
